After the party, it’s the after party, and a lot of brides want to slip into something a little more comfortable. Your after party look should be fun, cool, and easy to dance in. I don’t like putting our brides in anything too “bridal” for the after party; instead, this is your chance to wear that slightly edgy dress that was maybe a little too much for the wedding but is perfect to dance the night away in afterwards.

I’m loving David Koma right now. I can’t quite put it into words, but his designs are not bridal on the face (edgy, full of color OR just all black), but they scream “cool bride” to me because of the rhinestones, the powerful structure, the use of demanding color. They say, “The reception might be over, but I’m still the bride!” as you depart for your champagne-soaked after party.
